Lillian sent me a picture of little Hei-Hei to enter her into Pet of the Month. I wasn’t 100% sure about making the winner a rat but the more I thought about it, it made sense. We had a pet rat in the store a couple of years ago and his name was Ernie. He was the cutest, cuddly rat I had ever met and I wondered whether all rats are just as affectionate?

We would like to thank Lillian for allowing us to come to her house and meet Hei Hei. We had fun and after seeing Lillian and Hei Hei together we think that rats are one of the best pets that anyone could have.
